| Because I reserve this time especially for you , i kindly ask for 24 hours notice to    cancel or reschedule your appointment.
 
| Appointments canceled or rescheduled within less than 12 hours are subject to a    $50.00 fee. 

| All appointments canceled the same day or "no shows" will be charged the full       service price. Deposits will not be transferred to an another appointment.

| All new clients, fullsets, and microblading/shading appointments require a non     refundable $100 deposit. That deposit can be transferred to a new date once. (As   long as proper cancellation time was given.)

| Clients past 15 mins late without notice are concidered "No Show" and will be     charged the full service price.

| A credit card MUST be held on file for ALL clients regaurdless of preferred   payment choice
